Upcoming event

In collaboration with WellnessCounseling, YLIN invites you to a deeply restorative retreat set in a peaceful, secluded part of Aegina Island—an intimate blend of therapeutic practice, cultural exploration, and connection to nature.

Participants will take part in daily sessions incorporating Phase 2 EMDR techniques and Bilateral Stimulation (BLS), with the natural surroundings used intentionally to support grounding, emotional processing, and healing.

Immersive activities include hiking scenic trails, snorkeling in crystal-clear waters, exploring archaeological sites, and engaging with local communities through eco-art and cultural experiences. Guests will also enjoy yoga, meditation, health coaching, and creative art processes designed to encourage self-reflection and personal growth.

The retreat is hosted in a tranquil villa tucked away in a serene area of the island, with just seven rooms—ideal for rest, privacy, and deeper connection. Each participant will also benefit from a one-to-one health coaching session, along with some group sessions focused on attention challenges in the age of social media and women’s health.

This is more than a retreat—it’s an invitation to reconnect with yourself, with others, and with the healing power of nature.
